As your personal Health, Nutrition & Style Coach, I will help you to focus on your inner needs by connecting

​Together, we will look at all areas of your life : diet, exercise, body image, finances, relationship, spirituality, health, career, etc., to determine where your out-of-balance is.  Then through a creative & holistic approach, we will incorporate healthy habits for your everyday life.  These small steps, will add up overtime for a more sustainable and healthy life-style.

One on One

Each health coaching program is tailored just for you with what goals you want to accomplish for your health, and what works best for your body and lifestyle. I offer monthly programs as well as group challenges and workshops, depending on what works best for you and your goals. 

STEP 1:
Consultation : you will complete a new client form in which we review your current lifestyle, habits and potential health goals.

STEP 2:
​In your Initial session : we focus on your immediate concerns and health goals to create a tailored and unique plan just for you.

STEP 3:
In your follow up sessions: I suggest 1-3 lifestyle changes that will move you towards reaching your goals. Together, you build on habits from the prior session with fun “work” assignments to complete in between sessions. You will also discuss your progress, troubleshoot if needed, and I will educate you on new topics with another set of actions to focus on.  You will be held accountable to your goals and commitments, but given the support and guidance you need to follow through. You will also receive various handouts, meal plans, recipes, and tailored recommendations for your specific goals.

STEP 4:
In your final session : you and I will assess your progress, and you’ll leave with recommendations to maintain what you’ve achieved for a lifetime of good health!

WHAT IS THE KETOGENIC DIET?

The ketogenic diet is a high fat, moderate protein, low-carbohydrate diet. In recent years, a substantial amount of evidence has accumulated in the literature supporting the use of a ketogenic diet as a therapeutic tool to treat epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes, obesity, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and even cancer. In addition, ketogenic diets are recognized as one of the more effective treatments for long term improvements in body weight, body composition, cardiovascular health markers, and diet tolerability, especially when compared to low-fat diets.

When you lower your carbohydrate intake and increase your fat intake, your body shifts from using glucose (sugar/carbohydrates) for fuel to using fat and ketones for fuel. Ketones are a much cleaner and more efficient source of energy for your body and brain compared to glucose. Some even refer to ketones as a “Super Fuel.”

​Throughout this challenge I will teach you all about ketosis and the benefits that occur from following this type of lifestyle.

 an employee perk (similar to an onsite masseuse, yoga instructor, fitness Trainer, etc.) to help business's in accomplishing their company-wide health goals.  Thus allowing the company to save money on insurance costs and
encourage healthier, happier and more effective employees.
 Customized for each company, t
his approach consist's of office hours in a comfortable and quite space, which are hosted on-site.
Employees will book 30 minute or 1 hour appointments to discuss their health goals.  
​Plus they will receive tips, suggestions, support and motivation for achieving those goals.
