As your personal Health, Nutrition & Style Coach, I will help you to focus on your inner needs
by connecting your mind and body.  
​Together, we will look at all areas of your life : diet, exercise, body image, finances, relationship, spirituality, health, career, etc., to determine where your out-of-balance is.  Then through a creative & holistic approach, we will incorporate healthy habits for your everyday life.  These small steps, will add up overtime for a more sustainable and healthy life-style.  


WE WORK TOGETHER TO:
  • Establish your Health Goals and create a unique actionable plan to achieve them
  • Sharing recipes/or cook together

  • ​​Work together to prioritize areas of focus
  • Review any road blocks that pop up along the process and treat the root cause versus the symptoms. ​

  • Overcome common health problems by changing your diet.

  • Review current style and body type, to offer suggestions that is tailored to you and the style that best fits you.

ONE ON ONE

Each health coaching program is tailored just for you with what goals you want to accomplish for your health, and what works best for your body and lifestyle. I offer monthly programs as well as group challenges and workshops, depending on what works best for you and your goals. 

STEP 1:
Consultation : you will complete a new client form in which we review your current lifestyle, habits and potential health goals.

STEP 2:
​In your Initial session : we focus on your immediate concerns and health goals to create a tailored and unique plan just for you.

STEP 3:
In your follow up sessions: I suggest 1-3 lifestyle changes that will move you towards reaching your goals. Together, you build on habits from the prior session with fun “work” assignments to complete in between sessions. You will also discuss your progress, troubleshoot if needed, and I will educate you on new topics with another set of actions to focus on.  You will be held accountable to your goals and commitments, but given the support and guidance you need to follow through. You will also receive various handouts, meal plans, recipes, and tailored recommendations for your specific goals.

STEP 4:
In your final session : you and I will assess your progress, and you’ll leave with recommendations to maintain what you’ve achieved for a lifetime of good health!
