THRIVE THROUGH MENOPAUSE | 6 week group program
6 weeks to shift your habits & shape your life, with a transformational group coaching program to help you THRIVE as you move through your menopause transition.
Here are the details:
Calls every week, last 1-1.5hrs (evenings have worked best in the past, but will poll the group) with a group of up to 8 women.
Weekly emails containing modules addressing:
1. Understanding perimenopause and how to reframe this powerful phase of life with trust
2. Creating more space in your schedule for work, play, family and most importantly YOU
3. Go from feeling tired but wired, unable to fall asleep or sit still without your mind racing about what’s next to being able to unwind with ease as you climb into bed knowing you’ll sleep soundly and wake up rested
4. Ways to confidently strengthen your body that's sustainable and fun, including protecting your bone, heart, and brain health
5. Choosing food that will energize your body and support healthy hormones with ease
Each call we discuss the topic at hand, answer questions discuss individuals goals/progress and share wisdom of the group as well as coaching through roadblocks
